1. Provider
Jobtjek is provided by Greenplanet, Bøgevejen 6, 2850 Nærum, Denmark, Danish company registration number 44640376. Contact: kontakt@nestima.dk.
2. What Jobtjek does
Jobtjek uses AI to extract and explain wording in employment contracts, job offers and related documents. It uses the country you enter to recognise local terminology, employment practices and topics that may deserve extra attention, then suggests questions for the employer or a qualified adviser.
3. Not legal advice
Jobtjek does not provide a definitive decision on whether a contract complies with local law or whether a clause is lawful, enforceable or suitable for you. AI can omit or misunderstand content. Check the original documents and obtain advice from a qualified local adviser, lawyer or union before relying on important terms.
4. Uploads and permitted use
You must be at least 18 and have the right to upload every document you submit. Do not upload documents belonging to another person without permission. You may not use Jobtjek for unlawful activity, automated bulk use, security testing without permission or attempts to manipulate the analysis.
5. Price, delivery and cancellation
The final price and currency are shown before payment. Payment is a one-time purchase through Stripe. Before paying, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that any applicable cancellation or withdrawal right for the delivered digital report ends when delivery begins, to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law. Your payment confirmation and report link are sent to the email address supplied at checkout.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide an accurate and available service but cannot guarantee that every document can be read or that every finding is complete. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those mandatory rights, Danish law applies and disputes are handled by the competent Danish courts.
7. Privacy
Our privacy notice explains how documents and personal data are processed.
