1. Data controller

2. Data we process
We process the documents you upload, the report name and country of employment you enter, technical security information, analysis results, consent records, payment status and the email address you provide to Stripe. Employment documents can contain personal and confidential information, so remove information that is not needed for the review.
3. Why we process it
We process data to provide the free preview and purchased report, prevent misuse, complete payment, deliver your private report link and meet accounting, security and legal obligations. Processing is necessary to provide the service you request and, where applicable, for our legitimate interests and legal obligations.
4. AI and service providers
Your document is sent securely to our AI provider for analysis with storage disabled in the analysis request. The original file is processed transiently and is not published or added to a Nestima profile. We also use Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payment and email delivery providers for the report link. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own legal responsibilities.
5. Storage and international transfers
The structured report is protected and associated with the payment record so the private link can be reopened. Security and payment records are retained only as needed for delivery, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive your personal data, object to certain processing, withdraw consent where consent is used, and complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to exercise a right. We may need to verify your identity.
