CV example and method

CV example: make your experience easy to understand

A strong CV does not include everything. It makes the evidence most relevant to the role easy to find.

Updated October 2026

Lead with relevance

Put contact details and a short factual profile first. State your direction and evidenced strengths rather than a list of adjectives.

Show impact, not only duties

For each role, connect responsibility, action and result. Use numbers or scope when they are true and useful.

  • What were you responsible for?
  • What did you do?
  • What changed as a result?

Tailor without inventing

Keep a reliable base CV, then move the most relevant evidence forward for each role. Never add skills or results you cannot support.
