Use AI without making your application sound like AI
AI can organise and improve an application, but when it lacks facts it often fills the gaps with polished language that could describe anyone.

Provide a verifiable basis
Use the full job advert and your CV, plus your existing draft if you have one. The requirements can then be compared with your own information instead of generic assumptions.
Ask for a method, not magic
A useful process extracts the requirements, identifies supporting evidence and marks what is missing or uncertain before it writes. It never guesses experience, education, dates or results.
Make the final voice yours
Read every paragraph aloud. Remove claims you cannot support and rewrite wording that feels more formal or enthusiastic than you would naturally be. You remain responsible for the final text.
AI adds value when it reveals connections and gaps. It should help explain what you can already document, not invent a stronger version of you.
This article offers general application guidance. Check every fact and approve the final wording before sending it.
